Miracle came to us from the brutal outdoors blind and expecting  kittens.  She had five beautiful kittens that have been adopted.  Miracle was adopted by her Foster Mom.

Savannah is one of our alumni and living her best life now!  She came from a feral colony, but turned out to be one of the sweetest cats ever.  

We had 24 hours to save Mama Flower and the little ones as the owner was moving.   All have been adopted into loving homes thanks to your donation and support.

Avery is one lucky kitten!  She was thrown from a car window and suffered two broken legs.  Dr. Wyatt, a member of the BGAR Board treated her and she healed fully.  Best of all, Dr. Wyatt adopted Avery!

Story:

February 2022 marked over 1,000 lives saved through rescue made possible by our wonderful supporters. We often are the ONLY and LAST HOPE for cats who are declined by other organizations and even public shelters. Contrary to popular belief, public shelters do turn down healthy animals, stating they are full. We focus on pulling cats and kittens who are OUT OF TIME at public shelters who are forced to euthanize when they run out of space. We have pulled numerous cats from public shelters with dental issues that would be put down if we didn't help them. We focus on helping those first who are in immediate danger. We focus on those who are refused by all other area organizations, making Beare Garden the last chance for them to continue to live and breathe. All they want is to be healthy and loved. The cruelty, neglect and abuse we see at times in heartbreaking.
